Summary
When activated and enabled through the extension icon (or by pressing Ctrl-Shift-L), select a text field and begin typing (an indicator should appear top right of the text field to let you know it's working), your text will be converted to appropriate Russian Cyrillic once you stop typing and wait 2 seconds.
