What is NewMask?
NewMask is an extension for accessing NewChain enabled distributed applications, or 'Dapps', in your browser. It injects the NewChain web3 API into every website's javascript context, allowing Dapps to read from the blockchain. It also lets you create and manage your own identities, providing a secure interface to review and approve transactions before they are written to the blockchain.

An NewChain Wallet in your Browser NewMask is an extension for accessing NewChain enabled distributed applications, or "Dapps" in your browser!
The extension injects the NewChain web3 API into every website's javascript context, so that dapps can read from the blockchain.
NewMask also lets the user create and manage their own identities (via private keys, local client wallet and hardware wallets), so when a Dapp wants to perform a transaction and write to the blockchain, the user gets a secure interface to review the transaction, before approving or rejecting it.
