Recommendations In addition to this domain blocking extension, we also recommend our Force Safe Search extension to prevent inappropriate results on common search engines and media platforms like Google, Reddit, YouTube, Bing, and many more.
Technical Information This extension evaluates each URL to determine whether it should be allowed or blocked in the browser. For speed, known-good domains in the top 100 Alexa rankings are automatically allowed, and known-bad pornographic domains in the top 100 are automatically blocked. Domains not in the top 100 are evaluated by connecting to the Norton ConnectSafe Security+Pornography DNS server. Any domain which is not resolved by Norton is blocked.
