Streamer Mode for Firefox

Streamer Mode for Firefox

Hides visible personal information from pages, similar to Discord's Streamer mode.

What is Streamer Mode for Firefox?
Streamer Mode for Firefox is an add-on that hides visible personal information from web pages, similar to Discord's Streamer mode. It ensures that pages do not display your personal information, even while loading, and prevents changes to the pages from showing your personal information. The add-on allows you to specify any string as personal information and warns users if a page is not fully supported. However, it has some known issues and doesn't support all sites. Would like to see two features: Hiding applies to specific phrases in URLs in addition to on sites themselves, words are replaced with something or blacked out instead of just removed as it can be confusing when not actually streaming.

I love this method, it helps me a lot with my privacy while live, however I wish I had the feature to toggle my bookmarks/shortcuts visibility on my new tab, hope this is further updated this idea is great!
