Не знаю, может я плохо искал, но это единственный приемлемый для меня блокнот. Из контекстного меню любой страницы спокойно переправляет текст в заметку, автоматически снабжая его активной ссылкой на источник. Недостатки: дизайн не слишком изящный, мало настроек и чёрный фон области тегов. В любом случае - спасибо автору.
