4Chan Gallery Mode WG

Adds gallery button to 4chan thread views with keyboard shortcuts. HI! The new version has new permissions for 1) easy save (downloads perm) and 2) openai experiments. If you don't want to use those functions, do not use it. Thanks!

2024-06-07	Firefox user 13869688	dude, if you want to do some kind of AI experiment please create a second addon or change the description here. This feels very very fishy that you now want to access user download data and API access to a third party website if you do not inform your users. Not everyone reads the release notes. In fact, I just discovered them for the first time. Instead, please fix the webm preloading, I know you can do it! Thanks for your work and efforts
