9gag media download helper

Download images, videos and gifs with automatically post title as the file name. Adds a option to download 9gag images and videos to download them in .mp4 or .jpg format, instead of the .webp and .webm format.

2020-03-12	Firefox user 14907492	Well, it is saving file with .jpg extension, but file itself is still webp format. I added issue and solution on github
2020-02-03	leoarce	I like it so far. update: is there a way to choose default folder media goes in? i know we can choose in the popup, but it's quicker if it's on the folder already.
