Autofill Forms is a simple Firefox addon that enables you to easily fill out online forms (web forms) via toolbar button.
Before using the addon please make sure to visit addon options page and add desired rules. All rules need to be in the format of CSS Selectors. If you are not familiar with CSS Selectors, please visit this link in w3schools website to get more info.
How to work with Autofill Forms addon: a. Open options page and press on the "Add a new rule" button or edit an exciting rule. b. Enter the page URL (tab URL) in which the form exists or * to match all URLs. c. Add a CSS Selector rule. d. Add a desired value for the specified rule. For example, if a rule finds the "name" filed in a web form, enter your name as the value. e. Open a web form in a new tab and click on the toolbar button (or Alt+Shift+F) to fill out the form.
Note #1: default rules in the options page are for clarification purposes only and may not work on any web form. Please edit/remove them before using the addon.
Note #2: all data in this add-on are stored locally on your machine (browser). This add-on does NOT send your data to any online server(s). Autofill Forms extension does NOT need/have any permissions other than, storage and activeTab.
