Twitter autorefresh when not scrolled or overlaid

Automatically loads new tweets on Twitter.com every 1.5 seconds unless the page is scrolled or an overlay/popup is open. Just a normal autorefresh script but designed to not interfere with reading or commenting.

2018-05-12	Firefox user 13112025		This add-on is most useful among other similar ones with such function. It certainly stop working when you are not browsing to the top. Only minus is... it somehow erases already displayed old tweets while working on tweet search tab (or maybe it is just Twitter's fault).
