Add-on summary

Automatically sign requests to Amazon Web Services using your access key and secret according to the Signature Version 4 signing process.

This extension can be configured to handle multiple services and hosts. It's especially helpful when you need to access front-ends of services in AWS, e.g. Kibana, S3 and etc.

The extension also allows you to add host patterns in addition to ://.amazonaws.com/* from Settings so that cases such as referring S3 resources from a different domain can be tackled. Note that in such scenarios you must add both the S3 bucket and referer domains to 'Host Patterns', while only the S3 one is required in 'Defined Services'.
