Better Tab was designed to make your browser more useful! Right on your homepage or in a new tab you will have:

- News feed - RSS Reader: News in dozens of languages, you can choose the highlights from your region or from your favorite news site! It is also possible to add any RSS Feed link (in XML) to stay always informed!

- To-do list: Add your tasks to a to-do list, move tasks to set priority, delete when done, and easily access your tasks in the extension popup!

- Calendar and holidays: Add reminders, birthdays and meetings... and have this information all the time!

- Shortcuts to websites: Choose if you want a simpler layout with just a search and a Speed Dial list with 20 of your favorite sites! Add, remove and rearrange sites however you like. You can also choose a background image to make your Better Tab even more personalized!

This AddOn looks so promising, yet it looks as it has been left and no longer updated? I'm really linking it, yet I wish there was a better bookmark managing in the default view. I like seeing the news, weather, Rss, notes... but not being able to customize the bookmark kind of deal breaker. Yet this Addon looks amazing.
