2024-12-24 | Firefox user 18747589 | Very good password manager, but the new UI sucks and I had to downgrade. I have to find a small button before filling and why making the filling elements and all my passwords in one place?
2024-12-24 | Firefox user 18685945 | нет функцыи автосохранения паролей.
2024-12-24 | Yevhen | Dislike the new design and UX. Why do I have to find Fill button to just fill with selected credentials instead of simply clicking on whole element? Why do I have to make one more click to copy password or username? Username is less contrast than before. Letters are a lot less readable. So many more terrible UI and UX decisions made. Enshittification is real.
2024-12-24 | Em | I dislike the last update. It's very inconvenient because now you have to click on a tiny button (Fill) to fill lin the login info instead of being able to click on the whole item like before. Why is it going now to view login? I bet more people are interested in filling the logins then looking at the logins, so why not leave that as the main action? Please revert this change. Or at least make this action customizable?
2024-12-24 | Deonast | Used to be a fairly decent extension, however they recently changed it. Previously you just clicked on the entry for a site and it would fill the username and password. Now that takes you into a view dialogue. Instead you now have to click on a tiny button to fill which is annoying, slow and requires much more attention to do what is a common task. Given that they went out of their way to make this unintuitive change it does not give confidence in future development.

2024-12-24 | krionbsd | The recent extension upgrade represents a significant downgrade from the previous version. The new user interface is poorly designed and less intuitive than its predecessor. The password filling process has become needlessly complicated, now requiring two clicks instead of the previous one-click solution. These changes have severely impacted the user experience. I strongly urge the developers to revert to the previous interface, which worked flawlessly. There was no compelling reason to modify a system that was already functioning perfectly.
2024-12-24 | murf | 2024.12.02 UI extension update is awful. ZERO STARS! 5 STARS for bitwarden the best password manager on our flat earth. 2 star average. BItwarden may have just turned itself into the worse pw manager in existence (from the ui perspective, which is everything!). Bitwarden, please reverse this nonsense. It didn't make the tool easier to use but difficult to use. Extra clicks, sluggish response (it- feels like it's doing a get to Bitwarden every time I hit Ctrl-Y). It's wrong wrong wrong. I'm a paying customer (and I donate!) since 2018 and may for multiple accounts. Please reflect on these reviews from people loyal the greatest pw manager on the internet. This same kind of UI change-for-the-worse is how Evernote destroyed customer base.
2024-12-24 | Firefox user 18747101 | You just couldn't help yourself, could you? You just HAD to do the ONE thing that almost EVERY user hates, but for some reason, lemming effect ui devs seems to follow in terms of horrid, unintuitive, "add more clicks to make life as difficult for our users as possible" garbage layouts. Now, instead of ONE click to copy a password, I have to click 2-3 times for the same forking thing. Make that kind of sweeping changes OPT IN, WITH examples of "this is a new thing you can turn on if you wish so, and it'll mean that this this and that will change to so n so" instead of just showing it down our throats. |
