This extension has no name... Literally! The author didn't even place a name for the extension (a template appears where its name should be.) Regarding its functionality... It simply doesn't. It asks for a URL and something and there's a button to add a bookmark... There's no way to browse for a bookmark file or select another (installed) browser to import its bookmarks. It's an unfinished extension, if so much. The phrase "it's not even wrong" is it!
