Simple. Choose your format between csv, xlsx, numbers or ods then click on download ! Then you will retrieve title and url in a simple file.

Have been searching for something like this for a while (just not in Add-Ons). Works exactly as described, and is very close to what I was hoping for. Would be nice if it included tags and folder names as well.
