It supports various websites such as booru.org, TBIB.org, rule34.xxx, danbooru.donmai.us, gelbooru.com, safebooru.org, safebooru.donmai.us, hijiribe.donmai.us, sonohara.donmai.us, konachan, yande.re, E621, E926, and sankakucomplex. Just click on the add-on icon in the address bar to save the picture to a directory of your choice.
