How to use the calendar

  • Click the Calendar Planner & Custom Web Search favicon on the browser toolbar to open a new tab
  • To schedule an appointment, click the ‘+’ icon on the Calendar widget and add appointment details
  • Customize an appointment’s frequency, date and time, and color code, or add a meeting link
  • Set a reminder to get a notification 5-15 minutes before a scheduled appointment.
  • To modify or cancel appointments, click the edit and delete icons on the widget
  • Search for holidays and appointments using the search box on the calendar widget
