Set the media.setsinkid.enabled configuration option to true and select the desired device for all audio/video elements in all tabs. It also asks for mic access on every tab with audio elements, although it does not use or record anything.

Install
Chrome-Stats extension
to view Chrome-Stats data as you browse the Firefox Browser Add-ons.
To correctly use the extansion media.setsinkid.enabled configuration option needs to be set to true. Navigate to the about:config, find the media.setsinkid.enabled and check it or toggle it value to be true.
After that under the addon icon or in add-on options page it will be possible to choose output device to play sound from all audio/vide HTML5 elements in all tabs.
Extension also asks for mic access on every tab/page with audio elements, this is firefox limitation, and probably will be fixed in future. Extension doesn't use mic and doesn't record anything.

I'm re-routing audio from FF115 to Virtual Audio Cable. Under Win7. Tried a bunch of similar extensions. None worked properly. Audio Output selector was one that somewhat functioned, but very inconvenient at best... That being said, chaudev extension works flawlessly.
chaudev may not be safe to use and it requires some risky permissions. Exercise caution
when installing this add-on. Review carefully before installing.
