To use the timer, click the CloseTabTimer extension icon on your extension bar while on a tab.

The user interface is basic, and there are only two buttons and a time input. The first button starts the timer if the user has given a valid time, and the second button clears the timer. You can access any timer again by visiting the tab and clicking the CloseTabTimer extension icon.
