Ok I found a solution:
blocking cookies for lens.google.com AND www.google.com fixes it. Login/logout doesn't worked - it still cheks for cookies so this is the only way.

Extension worked great, but has stopped on Firefox only today. I started seeing Lense again, but only on Firefox. Can you please check why this happens? thanks!
