Summary
This app was meant to solve a problem for me where a lot of internal sites for my work don't have favicons and are bureaucratically difficult to change.
For the security minded: This extension needs access to website data in order to automatically modify favicons of every page online. There is currently no feature for name-spacing permissions to only overridden sites because this would break auto-replacing on other sites. I would be very open to merging a feature along these lines.
Code is open-source on Github. I will never sell/give Favioli to any third party, because I don't want anyone to abuse it, or use it for anything other than replacing favicons with fun images.
