Forcey is a simple, secure and easy to use force downloading browser extension.

Files like PDF, MP3, MP4, HTML, CSS etc are normally open by browsers and cannot be directly downloaded. Do you want to directly download these types of files? Then, you are on the right place. Forcey, let you download these types of files with ease. For downloading, either you can enter URL or if you have already opened the page that you want to download then you can simply press the button "Download This Page".

Note:-

• It can also download any file that not require force downloading.
• If the URL is of a webpage then the HTML file will be downloaded. Even if it contains embedded PDF, MP3, MP4, IMAGE etc.
• In Firefox, if you will try to download anything that is using URL rewriting (common in webpages and uncommon in everything else) by Forcey then the extension might not be present. Example - If you will try to download a webpage by Forcey then the extension (.html) might not be present in the most cases (because that website would be using URL rewriting) in the default filename. If it is not present then you will need to apply (.html) extension manually to filename while downloading that webpage.
