Since using this software, I no longer get "personalized" ads and other BS indicating I am being tracked across sites. For those of you who claim it doesn't work, delete all your cookies, once, through the Firefox interface for managing data. From that time on, you'll see that your cookies for a site will stay active until you close the tab(s) for that site. After closing the tab(s), depending on how you set it up, Forget Me Not will delete the cookies for that site after a delay, or immediately. You will see that you cookie list consists only of those you allow. |
