Frame By Frame is a powerful Firefox add-on that allows you to easily switch frames in videos. Simply hover over the video and use the keyboard arrows to navigate through frames. It provides features such as showing the current time, duration, and number of frames, as well as the ability to move frames with the keyboard arrows. The add-on is open source, and you can find its source code on GitHub.

Works perfectly, but two things about it drive me crazy: The default shortcuts for it are also shortcuts YouTube uses, so they conflict. And, when I try to change the shortcuts, they're displayed with white text on a white background, so I can't even read them.
