Оно создано для того, чтобы быстро и удобно скачивать конфигурационные файлы от различных OpnVPN серверов. Ничего больше. У вас должен быть установлен клиент VPN, в который понимает эти файлы. ЕСЛИ НЕ ГРУЗИТСЯ: ждём, долго ждём. Через достаточно продолжительное время плагин сообразит, что сайт заблокирован роскомнадзором, и предложит альтернативу. |
