What is Go2Ticket?
Go2Ticket is a Firefox add-on that enables users to quickly access a GLPI ticket by entering its ticket number. Simply configure the plugin with the URL of your GLPI ticket form, and you can easily navigate to the desired ticket directly from your browser.
