Does what it says, although due to its built-in priority to take the 2nd spot in the row, it sometimes interferes with something you search, but you want images instead. So you click images but in that fraction of a second it gets replaced by "Maps" where you end up. So you have to go back, wait a second for the "Maps" to appear and THEN click "Images" in the third spot. That adds up over the the course of a day. It would be worth a thought to put "Maps" in 3rd place for that reason.
