Summary
This extension allows you to hide twitter replies and tweets from twitter blue/gold subscribers. It has a whitelist, which you can add usernames to for profiles to not hide. Separate the usernames with commas.

The only problem is that the whitelist doesn't work, or i don't know how to use it.
Would be better if it was using their id:
