With this add-on, your browser will not download HbbTV/CE-HTML/BML/OHTV web pages (i.e. iTV applications) but will provide a simulator enabling underneath technological features (OIPF,DVB,...)

HybridTvViewer is a Firefox add-on that emulates TV remote control, OSD, and provides a development tool for simulating HbbTV/CE-HTML/BML/OHTV web pages. It also supports resolution upscaling and is built using WebExtensions.

Included features:
- The TV remote control (e.g nav and colored keys) is emulated
- The OSD (On Screen Display) is by default to the resolution 1280x720 but you can enjoy it on your UHD monitor using provided buttons (which are upscaling the resolution to the given one)
- This add-on is also a development tool which provides a dedicated tab in the Web Inspector => this extension is following and mimic its old cousin named FireHbbTV. Enjoy this brand new experimentation using WebExtensions
