User reviews
Barely works at all. Misses a lot of what you do, it just never registers. Doesn't record keystrokes, scrolling, misses clicks. Useless. (And no, I'm not looking for support. If it mostly worked but I had a question I'd look for support. This thing did almost nothing at all, and unless they want to offer me a job on their QA team, I have other things to do than sit and report bugs for them.)
