Img2tab: Simplify Your Image Viewing Experience on Firefox
"Img2tab" is a Firefox add-on designed to enhance your browsing experience on image-rich websites. It opens all images from a webpage into a separate or single tabbed window, effectively saving you from the tedious process of opening images one by one. It extracts images via the IMG tag or from links to images, making it a handy tool for quickly scraping sites like Reddit, Forums and Image Boards.

I use this addon since years. First on Firefox, then on Webkit and now, again, on Firefox (Zen Browser). I collect tons of images on the Web and it’s a beautiful time saver. And as other comments say : it would be nice to have direct access to "open linked images in one tab" as it’s the only option I use.
Hi Sumeet, thanks for the extension. I use it daily. It's been a huge help!
One thing I would really appreciate is some kind of management system for how many images to open at once. Some sites will rate limit me when img2tab opens all the images on the page at once. Those tabs fail to load the media, meaning I have to individually refresh them.
Ideally, there's a slider or input box for either # or % of images on page to open in new tabs. For example, I could open selection 0%-20% in one batch, then 20%-40%, then 40%-60%... taking a total of 5 operations to open them all without being rate limited.
Thank you very much!
