Summary

This extension turns your EN keyboard with QWERTY layout into JP one with QWERTY JIS layout. You can type in Japanese without installing an additional language in your system.

Usage: "Alt+X" to activate/deactivate the extension. "Alt+Z" to change the mode (hiragana <-> katakana).

Examples: "qwerty" -> "たていすかん". "Shift + <'>" -> "ろ". "Shift + <key>" will insert small letters when possible, e.g. "Shift + 3" -> "ぁ".

Notes: *No Kanji support. **Works fine in text-area/some editable elements. ***Please note that this version is under development, so reporting bugs is appreciated.
