Summary
A small tool to help users of legislation.mt to not have to wait for the pdf plugin to load to print. Clicking on the plugin or using ALT+P will open the PDF in a new window and the browser PDF viewer will be used.

Legislation.mt print function is broken and MITA don't care enough to know it's a problem, let alone fix it so this extension is a perfect work around to print law without needing to download to pdf first .. BRAVO!!
