2020-10-06 Lauren Boni I have used this add-on in the past and had the same issues as people have spoken about in the other reviews (downloads cancelling instead of downloading once it hits 12am), but I recently added it back on again and I'm happy to say that it has been working perfectly! Thanks to the developer for fixing the bugs! This add-on is a life and data saver!
2020-06-22 Flip Helberg Although I appreciate the time a programmer must spend on writing add-ons, it is sad when it does not work on my configuration. Not once, for the past less than 10 downloads, did the scheduler actually started the download during the specified hours. Downloads say 'Paused' next to them when started, but in the morning it is changed to 'failed' Hope it gets fixed and will continue to try the updates. (or look for another scheduler add-on) I hope to change my review to 5 stars in the very near future, when it works for me.
2018-08-05 Firefox user 14062109 I would have given this 5 stars, but one little thing held this back. The extension is supposed to ''pause'' downloads which are started outside the set time. HOWEVER, instead, it cancels them!!! So I have to reset the time to allow the download, then while my file is downloading, I have to open up settings on it and reset the time AGAIN, to the real time I wanted in the first place and then the download actually pauses, like it's SUPPOSE to do the FIRST time. After this is done, it works FANTASTIC! Other people would rate it even lower than me for a problem like this, but personally, it's been such a blessing to sleep at night not having to wake at 4am to start a download, I need to show the designer of this program I am thankful, no need being a jerk over a small problem. I mean, it only takes 5sec to reset the time again once I get a download started, in order to pause it. ''SMALL'' price to pay for such convenience. To the programmer I wanna say, I HOPE you read this review, if you ARE reading this, PLEASE PLEASE bring out an update to fix this issue. I have Firefox 61, again, the downloads say ''canceled'' when started outside the allowed window, not ''paused'' like they SHOULD say. Once in a while one goes on pause, but 98% of the time they cancel and I have to reset the time, allow it, start download, reset time again to the real desired time...THEN it pauses and works fine. PLEASE UPDATE A FIX!!!!!!!

2017-12-01 Firefox user 13550913 Missed purchased downloads because the add-on does not store start-end parameters in non-volatile location - i.e. if Firefox is closed, the download time window reverts to 0-5 (midnight to 5:00 AM). I reset download window to occur between 2:00 AM and 7:00 AM - my allowable download window from Hughesnet - and because the saved Start Hour/End-Hour are reset if Firefox is closed then re-opened, paused downloads are not resumed during the expected time period. I do not leave Web apps - including Firefox - open unless I am using them (for security reasons). This rating is only because the add-on was of no use to me in my situation - it may be fine for those who keep Firefox open all night. If "review guidelines" is opened when editing - it is not obvious how to return to your review - on a different note.
