What is Tab Finder?
Tab Finder is a Firefox add-on that allows you to quickly find and switch to your tabs by displaying a list of all open tabs across all browser windows. Simply filter tabs by page titles or URLs, select a tab using keyboard or mouse, and go to that tab with a single click or press of the Enter key.

Usage

  1. Use Ctrl+Space or click the Tab Finder button in your Toolbar to display a list of all of your open tabs across all of your browser windows.
  2. Type into the text input to filter tabs so that only those whose page titles or URLs contain your input are listed.
  3. Use the Up/Down arrow keys or your mouse to select a tab.
  4. Hit Enter or click a tab title to go to that tab!
How to change the keyboard shortcut
  1. From Firefox's main menu, choose Add-ons or hit Ctrl+Shift+A (Command+Shift+A on a Mac)
  2. Click the gear button at the top to show the Tools for all add-ons menu
  3. Click Manage Extension Shortcuts
  4. Click the text box in the Tab Finder section, and type your shortcut
  5. You're done!

Perfect! Use a hotkey to open a prompt to find your tabs. When I press the hotkey, I need to press tab or click in the bar to start typing my page name. Would be neat if the focus is shifted automatically to the extension's search bar. But still five starts because it works great!

Very useful, I use it many times every day. Works flawlessly. Oups, counter a 666 right now! What would be great: once we enter a filter, to be able to use the resulting tab list to "Duplicate All URLs To a New Window" and "Move all URLs to a new Window"
