2023-02-20 DanielAbrams On May 1, 2022, Amazon shut down Alexa Internet which subsequently discontinued Alexa Rank with it. No fault of the addon, but no longer meaningful or useful.

2022-08-01 BladeMaker Somethings to say Alexa wasn't showing the rank, I suspected my DNS was blocking it and I was right. xml.alexa.com was getting blocked and after allowing it now works. Another thing, I read online and I quote "The Alexa APIs will be retired on December 15, 2022" does this mean the add-on will stop working, and if so, will you move to similarweb or it's the end? Edit: It looks like you haven't decided yet https://github.com/fuyu/alexa-rank-webextension/issues/8 Overall it's a nice add-on for simply seeing a websites world rank, and this is CRITICAL, it doesn't need a user to click an icon to view the rank (like other site-rank addons) so this is excellent. Thanks.
