Summary
This extension will hunt for several keywords used for "personalized" Youtube mixes- like "My Mix" and "Mix - " - and delete the pieces of the interface that link to them. However it won't delete unpersonalized mixes or mixes without these keywords. If you see a personalized mix that shouldn't be there, scroll a bit- the function is forced to run upon scrolling.

While a bit nervous about installing and using an addon with so few users at the time of writing this, it does work very well. I've encountered no performance issues, the "left shifting" works and no wonkiness even using different themes.
