Browsing Protection by WithSecure

Browsing Protection by WithSecure is an extension allowing installed security products by WithSecure to protect your daily web browsing and online banking, and to show you security information while you are browsing the internet. The WithSecure security product uses WithSecure Security Cloud to obtain security ratings for the accessed URLs.

With this extension the following products features are enabled:

• Reputation-based browsing with the friendly block page to prevent you from unintentionally accessing websites that are not trustworthy or have prohibited content.
• Safety rating indicators to show a website safety rating on the search results page and SafeSearch mode for search engines.
• Connection control that adds another layer of security to prevent attackers from interfering with your confidential transactions when you access online banks or make transactions online.
• Web content control allowing to limit access to inappropriate content to avoid viewing undesirable material on the internet based on their content.

To install the extension, select Set up > Add.
