It automatically bypasses video ads even on sites that block ad-blockers, and eliminates potential malware threats. The add-on includes its own video player, equipped with impressive features like hotkeys, download function, adding subtitles, automatic play from last stop, theatre mode and picture-in-picture mode. It also features built-in video search engine and a library for video history and playlists management. However, OpenVideo also uses Google Analytics for data collection which can be switched off in the settings.
