Piano Prime is a fun, and very simple to use Piano app for your Firefox browser.

This addon is a lite and very easy to use app for playing or learning Piano. You can play your favorite song with the built-in keyboard, or mouse. There is also an option to record desired song(s) and replay it at any time. In total, there are 52 keyboard keys but only 20 of them are visible when you install the App for the first time. This number can be changed from the options page. A setting is available to hide the built-in keyboard (top section). Moreover, sustain-control option makes piano bits to last a bit longer (for a more professional playing). Overall, this App is a user-friendly and very lite plugin available for your Firefox browser.

Some important features:
1. The App and all the settings are auto saved to the memory.
2. You can play piano with the keyboard, mouse, or the built-in keyboard at the top.
3. Number of visible keys are adjustable to your desired choice (default is 27).
4. You can hide the keyboard from the options page.
5. There is also a sustain control key to match piano sounds to your need (default is off).
6. You can record or replay any song(s) from the sidebar settings panel.

Risk impact

Piano Prime is safe to use. It does not request any sensitive permissions.

Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypass your security settings, and access your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.

Risk likelihood

Piano Prime has earned a fairly good reputation and likely can be trusted.

Risk likelihood measures the probability that a Firefox add-on may turn malicious. This is determined by the publisher and the Firefox add-on reputation on Firefox Browser Add-ons, the amount of time the Firefox add-on has been around, and other signals about the Firefox add-on. Our algorithms are not perfect, and are subject to change as we discover new ways to detect malicious extensions. We recommend that you always exercise caution when installing a Firefox add-on, especially ones with higher risk impact and/or higher risk likelihood.

A great simple piano extension that does not require any experience to use or permissions that may infringe on privacy.
