| 2024-10-22 | Jacksaur | | When it works it's decent. Sometimes gets me into studies that are failing with "too high demand" on the main site. "When it works" is the key factor. Logs me out at random times with no warning, occasionally will not refresh whatsoever, for days until I finally open it and notice the last refresh date is "never". And will randomly reset my alert sound occasionally, missing even more studies until I check and change the settings from their defaults again. Good idea, just left in a terrible state for far too long. |

It has no sound alert as it used to and no settings or studies buttons at the bottom just a blank area. In addition it stops checking with no warning and it can be quite a while before I find out by clicking on the icon that it hasn't been checking for hours. I've tried to reinstall it, but it is still the same. Please fix it Prolific! |

It doesn't check for any tasks and it keeps constantly logging out of the website and asking me to log back in after about an hour or two has passed. Was a great extension for several years but after all the updates the website has received over the years it has caused this extension to have issues and these issues I'm experiencing have been going on for several months and it seems Prolific doesn't want to fix this extension... What a shame. Great website / Great tasks... but very terrible extension. I know there are 3rd party extensions out there for Prolific but I know you'll be banned for using them so we are stuck using this broken garbage :( |

While logged out the window stays with the prolific login-page, however after logging in through that page we are back to step 1. |
