Restore closed tab button

Adds button and context menu option that allows to restore closed tabs. Do not use history list, just sequentially reopen tabs.

2021-03-24	droxy		These things work great but always stop working. Deleting and restoring only helps sometimes, very frustrating to have to forgo on a much needed add on.
