Summary
It looks to copy the same functionality the Roblox App has on their homepage, hovering over the games allow you to directly join them , instead of having to open the game in a new page and join. Only works on the Home page and not anywhere else.

I don't think it's a good idea, I might join a game that i wouldn't want to join by hovering it accidentally.
