2024-09-08 BIT-101 I went looking for something like this. The default "save as..." always defaults to the last place I saved something which I too often just hit the enter key on and then go searching for the file. This solves that problem. I'm not using any of the fancy routing/renaming or other features. Just defaulting to Downloads is all I wanted.

2024-08-09 Firefox user 18544204 Saving by file extension no longer works so the add on is pretty much worthless now.
2024-04-19 Charles Jones It works fine, but a bit slow
2024-01-23 vaypay Only the context menu seems to work. Not the rest. Useless to me. Chrome's Downloads Router extension is way more user friendly and works well... but only for Chrome.
2023-12-10 Firefox user 17636936 Works flawlessly on most images, some sites have bad coding *coughtwittercough* and you need ot manually force the extension to set its extension, but the extension itself makes it extremely easy to customize. 10/10 as long as you are competent and willing to spend 20 minutes learning how it works.
2023-10-11 Firefox user 18091671 The stupid thing saved all my images with non-existent files extentions AND THEN CLOSED ALL MY WINDOWS SO I COULDN'T FIND THEM AGAIN! Worthless piece of crap.
