Save to PDF now - with no preview

Firefox can Print to PDF but some users want to speed it up by skipping the preview. Now you can call Firefox's built-in Save to PDF feature using a toolbar button, keyboard shortcut, or the right-click context menu.

2023-07-28	circcc	Please remove the "(Shift+click for options)" part from the menu name "Save to PDF now (Shift+click for options)". The menu name is too long, making the context menu wider.
