Summary
It's now easier than ever to attend accessible meetings using Scribe for Meetings.
When you launch a Zoom meeting that has been made accessible with Scribe for Meetings, the extension will notify you, and you can start viewing the accessible content in Scribe for Meetings by either clicking the notification or pressing the keyboard shortcut assigned to this extension. By default, the keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+1.
When you launch a Zoom meeting that has not yet been registered with Scribe for Meetings, the extension can notify you when the meeting has been registered. If you want to be notified when the meeting is registered, you'll need to either click the notification that the meeting is not yet registered, or use the extension's keyboard shortcut as described above. Then, if your browser is open when the meeting is registered, the extension will notify you. You will also get an email notification from Scribe for Meetings.
You can customize the keyboard shortcut for this extension through the Extensions page in your browser.
