What is ScrollAnywhere?
ScrollAnywhere is an efficient Firefox add-on that transforms your scrolling experience. Without touching the scrollbar, you can smoothly scroll through a page using the middle, right or left mouse button. The addition of 'grab and drag' scrolling simulates a smartphone scroll experience. Other notable features include Momentum auto-scroll which allows throwing the page to scroll faster and customizable scroll bars for an aesthetic touch.

Summary
Scroll Anywhere enables you to drag scrollbar with your middle (or right / left) mouse button without actually touching a scrollbar. Just hold the middle mouse button and move up-down or left-right. You can also change the behavior to simple "grab and drag" style.
