Summary
For faster IP display on hover open about:config and add the preference ui.tooltipDelay with the type Number and the value 100 (default 500).
To adapt the icon color to the browser theme color open about:config, find the preference svg.context-properties.content.enabled and change it to true. See bug #1377302.

Das Addon ist sehr gut, wenn man als Webdesigner schauen muss auf welchem Server die Kundenwebsite liegt aber auch perfekt für die Serverkonfiguration etc. zu gebrauchen, vor allem weil man die IP per Klick kopieren kann.
Leider funktioniert es bei gut gecachten Webseiten - was ja heute unbedingt sein sollte - nicht. Sobald eine Webseite dann ein zweites Mal im Browser aufgerufen wird, steht statt der IP nur noch "Page was loaded from cache". Warum? Die IP bleibt doch gleich. Könnte der Entwickler das ändern?
Ansonsten ist es genau das was ich gesucht habt.

Plugin just does what I need. Uses IP from request, so no additional requests. Also allows to copy IP on click.
