Add-on summary

SiteMacro is intended for automating simple actions performed on websites, e.g. to automatically click "Not now" after logging into a website, or to automatically accept the terms of use of a free WiFi frequently used.

In these cases, visit the page you want to automate, click the SiteMacro toolbar button, choose "Record Macro", and perform the task to execute on the site (e.g. fill forms, click links or buttons). If your task does not include leaving the site, you then have to click "OK" in the red notification bar, otherwise leaving the site will confirm the macro. Once you visit the page again, SiteMacro will re-execute the recorded steps. Alternatively, you can manually start the macro through the SiteMacro toolbar button.

User reviews
I absolutely love it and am grateful for having such an easy to use extension, works especially well on phones. I would love however a way to edit macros after they were created (moving/removing actions, adding delays, etc) as well as allowing wildcards in urls. I would also love to have a repeatable macro (with a toggle) (for a number of times or indefinitely) But overall really nice extension, thank you

Has good potential, however seems related to URL. I sugest to be able to flag macro as automaticaly triggered for one URL or actionnable. Macro name should be an field as duplicate macro can't be loaded with the same url. Waiting with impatience to get this kind of improvement.

The new update fixed the issue where it would randomly forget the last action of the macro.
