SoundFixer
Helps you fix annoying sound problems on sites like YouTube: audio in one channel only, too quiet or too loud. (Unfortunately, this extension does not work on all websites because of cross-domain issues — but it does work on YouTube!)
What is SoundFixer?
SoundFixer is a Firefox add-on designed to alleviate common audio problems associated with streaming video sites. It adjusts audio in one channel only, reduces excessively loud volumes, and boosts quiet ones, significantly enhancing your viewing experience. However, due to cross-domain constraints, it may not work on all websites. But, rest assured, it works perfectly with YouTube.

Summary
It’s annoying when audio on some videos is set to one channel only, too quiet, or maybe even too loud? SoundFixer helps you fix an array of common audio issues associated with streaming video.
No more "Plug your headphones only halfway into the jack" :D
(Unfortunately, doesn't work on all websites — specifically, we're not allowed to use the Web Audio API from a cross-domain <audio> source. Thankfully, YouTube is not cross-domain!)

Good for complaining the reason why cross-origin not working. Bad for not providing a shortcut to open your tiny little icon and auto focus on the slider.
This addition helped me a lot in raising and lowering the volume
