2022-01-20 Troy Does what it's supposed to do. There are better addons if you have a ULTRAWIDE but if you have a SUPERWIDE like the Samsung G9, this is litterally the only addon I have found that works. If you have a Superwide monitor it works great and it's probably your only option. If you have a ultrawide, still works but there are better options. I give it 5 stars because it works with superwide monitors where no other addons I have found do so.
2018-05-07 Firefox user 14008913 Simple video - select button to de-/activate - stretching. No website profiling. No shurtcuts. No automatic edge/border detection. Video with interchanging aspect ratio content (e.g. cinema trailer) you have to close the video and switch on/off mode. Many sites with video content not support (e.g. Steam Store).
2017-09-17 Carpenter Yes it cuts the video down to 21:9, but what did you expect?
2017-06-29 Firefox user 13130824 This add on zooms in on the video cutting out a very wide margin from the top and bottom of the video. The reason for only 3 stars is that the description tells you nothing about this. I know it is called SuperWideZOOM, but some people may not realize that it literally zooms in on the video, and may go on not realizing they are missing 20% of the screen. A detailed description would make it 4 star, a version that didn't lose any of the video would make it 5.
